Nationwide Care and Training (NWCT) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), providing specialised training services and quality trained personnel for the Aged Care, Disability and Home and Community Care sectors.

Our Aim is to ensure we continue to supply the best trained personnel as Assistants in Nursing, Personal Care Assistants and General Community Care workers, to meet the increasing demand for highly skilled workers in the associated care industries. The people we train are the people providing care to those in need and those who are dependent on their carers.

Accordingly, we only want to provide the best people, who have current industry skills and a degree of passion and empathy for working with the elderly, disabled and those in need.

Our Mission is to be recognised as an RTO of choice by industry, a preferred provider by employer groups and trusted by general clients. Our training will only be delivered by industry professionals, who maintain working ties with the industry and hold the relevant qualifications to deliver the training competencies.

Our secondary mission is to link our training programs to our sister company, which recruits staff for the care sector. Through this link we can provide clinical training places for our clients, with partner care facilities and community organisations.

NWCT was created from a passion for the care sector and ensuring that the increased demand for well skilled care workers is being met and standards of care are being protected and maintained.

The company CEO is a Registered Nurse with years of industry experience and a desire to see students receive professional and current training, ensuring they receive the best employment prospects possible and the elderly, frail and dependant, are in the best hands.
