Students need to demonstrate they have proficiency in English. If students cannot provide documented proof of their English language proficiency, they will be required to sit for a Language, Literacy and Numeracy test (LLN) before a place can be offered.

If you’re struggling with the course content, your Trainer/Assessor can organise extra one to one lesson to support you. If you’ve got a question regarding an assessment, your Trainer will guide you through the requirements and feedback to ensure you can confidently move ahead.

If your circumstances change beyond your control, or you need some extra support, we can adjust your study plan by extending the course duration.

NWCT’s educators are focused on providing training that suits your individual needs, helping you to reach your full potential and achieve your training and career goals.

We organise work placement for students in Nursing homes or Aged care centers. Prior to the commencement of placement, students are scheduled to undertake a workplace preparation session with their Trainer. In these sessions, students will prepare a resume, practice interview techniques and gain the necessary knowledge and skills to secure a job or a placement.

We have experienced student services staff who can give students advice on career choices, further education or workplace training options.
